2010 Events in Pictures

Mike Sosna's Long Island TRIO chapter shares another busy year  . . .

All TRIO chapters are invited to share their story with photos like this to serve as inspiration and providing ideas for other chapters looking for additional ways to be involved in their local communities, or as in this chapter, also advocating at the state government level on behalf of their members and others related to organ donation and transplant.  Send them to the TRIO webmaster at gleasonjim@aol.com for posting.

Long Island TRIO volunteers performed our nation's National Anthem in front of 41,000 fans at a 2010 Mets Game to help fans save lives by enrolling in the New York State Donate Life Registry.
Assembly Jim Conte (wearing the white shirt and cap) volunteered his time along with the dozens of LI TRIO volunteers at Citi Field. LI TRIO volunteers are wearing our custom designed black LI TRIO tee shirts.
