  • The Wall of Heroes dedication

On Nov 17, 2011 the Wall of Heroes dedication was held in the Lobby of Mountain View Regional Medical Center at 2:00 PM.  There were over 200 people who attended. Donor Services of New Mexico and our group had been working with Mountain View hospital since 2009 on this project. Our main responsibility within this event was to take care of the registration of the families whose loved one had died and participated as organ donors during their time of death while in the hospital.  Mayor Ken Magashima gave the Keynote address.  If you have access to www.facebook.com it is on the Donate Life NM page. Mountain View hospital has been extremely supportive of organ and tissue donation.

·         On Dec 8, 2011 our yearly Christmas Party was held:

We had approximately 50 families in attendance and overall was a great time of fellowship, food, fun, and games. It was a great blessing, and a merry yearly event.
