TRIO Chapter Activity Report

San Francisco City Chapter - October 2006

TRIO SF is pleased to say that we have awarded a scholarship to a deserving applicant.  In addition, we collaborated with Bay Area TRIO such that our chapters joined together in awarding a second combined scholarship. 

 

TRIO SF is in the beginning stages of developing a brochure for community distribution to provide increased awareness of the existence of TRIO support groups. 

Bay Area TRIO has suggested that we combine our efforts in this task.  Both groups agree that this would be a beneficial endeavor based on community outreach as well as cost effectiveness.

 

I regret that I am unable to attend the Board meeting in Los Angeles.  My regards to all.
