The TRIO audience....

TRIO, as "the voice of the transplant community," provides a unique opportunity for your organization to communicate a message of transplant interest to this large and diverse international audience.  With a membership base of almost 1,000 transplant recipients who are active in chapters around the United States and in distant countries such as Japan and Italy, our hard copy and web based communication resources are followed closely by people who are active in the transplant community far beyond just chapter meetings and events.  Partnering with many major transplant related organizations such as the International Transplant Nurses Society (ITNS), we regularly promote those resources beyond even the obvious TRIO membership list, such as mailing to transplant professionals in hospitals and transplant centers.  TRIO is "the voice of the transplant community" and your message will reach far and wide in that community with the opportunities described below.

The following guidelines will provide you with current advertising rates for sponsorships and ads placed in our quarterly hard copy newsletter, Lifelines, (print run is approximately 1,500 per quarter), our monthly e-News blast and the TRIO web site.   TRIOweb.org is an  extensive on-line web site that regularly attracts visitors worldwide due to its rich content of world and TRIO chapter news and activity, over 700 active web links and a bulletin board for transplant issue discussion, to name just a few.

Display advertising in the TRIO Lifelines newsletter is also available in various sizes. A full page ad (7-1/2" wide x 10" high) is available for $2800; half-page is 7-1/2" wide x 5" high) is $1500; quarter-page (7-1/2" wide x 2-1/2" high, or 3-1/4" wide x 5" high) is $800 - High Resolution (600 dpi) JPG files are preferred.

TRIO web site sponsorship is $6,000/1-year which provides your company logo on the TRIO web site home page with a direct link to your own designated URL.

Banner advertisement on the TRIO web site is $625/month which provides your company banner on the home page ($500 for other than the home page) with a direct link to your own designated URL.

Specifications for web site advertising: submit graphic art in .jpg format with pixel size:
To fit the main (left) Body Column, the graphic should be no wider than 450px and no higher than 150px.
To fit the Right Column, the graphic should be no wider than 240px and no higher than 240px.

Flash files must be submitted in the .swf format using the same pixel sizes as listed above. File size should not exceed 1MB.  Rotating banner ads are also available for the same single ad rate.
